This journal is about an absurd reform of the Children and Youth Protection law in Korea.
The amended law allows artists to be prosecuted as a potential/future sex offender or pedophile if your art of any form contains young adult (under the legal age) or school uniform and seem like a sexual content to the viewer.
At glance this may seem like a plausible idea ,
because of course we all agree on putting a ban on child pornography.
but this doesn't stop here.
The law allows artists to be arrested if your drawings and characters just LOOK young.
